Terms & Conditions of Warranty Claim for Smart Devices
• Once sold cannot be Returned.
• Please be acknowledged about the devices’ ACTIVE/INACTIVE status before purchasing for claiming warranty.
• Please be notified that any issues regarding UNOFFICIAL DEVICE (Network Disconnection, Registration etc) from now on, Appleians will not be held responsible any longer. Each client should make the necessary arrangement on their own as per Government laws for keeping their device active and running. Appleians will not be accountable for any complaints on this issue and will follow the Government protocols for further instructions.
• Overheat/Battery Drain Issue: If you think your device is overheating or the battery drains faster, please note:
i) 4G/3G Network Switching (Mostly in Robi/Airtel Network) drains battery faster
ii) Amoled Display Panel consumes more power & Glass Back Panel device might get more heated than other devices. (iPhone/OnePlus users might face these issues more frequently than other users)
These are common issues and not related to product defects. We advise you to do the following-
i) Change the existing SIM Card
ii) Maintain a Lower Brightness/Refresh Rate for the Display. Please be patient and note that these issues are related to USAGE- following the general guidelines will solve these issues, eventually.
• 10 Days (Ten) REPAIR WARRANTY is applicable for the following devices: Smartphone/ iPad/Tab/TV/Laptop.
• It may take up to 45 WORKING DAYS to complete the REPAIR Warranty process due to pandemic or flight unavailability or any sort of inconvenience.
• 1 Year (One) Free Service Warranty will be provided for Smartphone/iPad/Tab/Laptop (parts/ hardware excluded). For any kind of issues in the hardware or on the malfunctioned motherboard of the related device during the service warranty period, you have to bear the expenses for the parts required. The service charge is free of cost for attaching any additional parts. Please note, any servicing on the motherboard is excluded from this facility.
• 1 Year (One) Free Service Warranty will be provided for TV (without the TV Panel).
• Warranty or Guarantee Policy is not valid for the following cases:
• Any kind of physical damage/scratch on product & product packaging | Display issues/Touch issues | Liquid Damage
• Camera Damage (Internal/External) | Unauthorized Software Modification (Root/Brick/Jail Break)
• Any issues after software/security updates on Android/iOS devices such as over-heating, battery draining, battery health decreasing, device lagging etc.
• If your purchased product seems unauthentic to you or you think it is not performing as it should, we will thoroughly examine your product and we will perform a side-by-side comparison with one of our stocked original units. Please be patient as examining any tech products requires various tests- at least 3 working days are required for the Experts to determine the issues. If there are any issues that fall under our warranty policy, we will follow them accordingly. If our observation could not find any fault, your
complaint will not be valid any longer.
• To claim REPAIR WARRANTY, you have to be present physically at our Outlet & must present the product’s Box with Invoice/Bill. Please preserve the product box & invoice/bill for future reference.
• If refund is applicable, minimum 3 (Three) working days are required to follow the general protocols. Please note, the transaction medium (bank transfer/ mobile banking) for returning the money will be decided solely by the authority of Appleians.
• If you purchase through any Courier Service, please record an UNBOXING video for future reference to claim any after sales service. Please note, if you find anything unusual, you must inform us right away. Failure to inform within the day of receiving the product will exclude you from claiming any replacement facility.
• Appleians holds the right to change/modify its policies without any prior notice.
Terms & Conditions for Accessories Warranty Claim
• Once sold cannot be Returned.
• 3 Days of Refund / Replacement guarantee is applicable only for the NON-Warranty Products (which will be mentioned as N/A in warranty column on the invoice). NON-Warranty Products include various Smart Watches, AirPods, Bluetooth Speaker & Other Accessories items.
• 10 Days (Ten) REPAIR WARRANTY is applicable for the following Apple Accessories (Watch/AirPods/Mouse/Pencil/ Keyboard) & for the following Samsung Accessories (Smart Watch/Buds/Keyboard)
• This Guarantee will not be valid for any kind of:
• Liquid Damage
• Display Issues
• Physical Damage such as scratch/burn on Product & Product Packaging
1. If you find any kind of manufacturing defect(s) on any WARRANTY PRODUCT (which will be mentioned in warranty column on the invoice) from our outlets/ through delivery, you have to inform us within the purchase day or within 24 hours to get REPLACEMENT. Inability to inform within this time period will cancel the replacement facility and regular warranty facility will be activated immediately.
2. If your purchased product seems unauthentic to you or you think it is not performing as it should, we will thoroughly examine your product and we will perform a side-by-side comparison with one of our stocked original units. Please be patient as examining any tech products requires various test- at least 3 working days are required for the Experts to determine the issues. If there are any issues that fall under our warranty policy, we will follow them accordingly. If our observation could not find any fault, your complaint will not be valid any longer.

Terms & Conditions of Warranty Claim for Smart Devices
1. ডিভাইসের Active / Inactive স্ট্যাটাস অবশ্যই কেনার আগে যাচাই করে নিশ্চিত করে নিতে হবে। পরবর্তীতে এই বিষয়ে কোনো আপত্তি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
2. আন-অফিসিয়াল ডিভাইসের BTRC রেজিস্ট্রেশন সংক্রান্ত কোনো রকম দায়-দায়িত্ব Appleians এর উপর বর্তাবে না। পরবর্তীতে সরকারী নতুন নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী ডিভাইস রেজিস্ট্রেশন সহ অন্যান্য আনুষ্ঠানিকতা নিজ দায়িত্বে পালন করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা গেলো।
3. ১০ দিনের Warranty (ডিসপ্লে/টাচ ইস্যু ব্যাতিত) শুধুমাত্র এই ডিভাইসগুলোর জন্য প্রযোজ্যঃ Smartphone/ iPad/Tab/TV/Laptop। মহামারী ও ফ্লাইট জটিলতার কারণে Warranty Claim করতে ৩ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫ কর্মদিবস লাগতে পারে।
o ওভারহিট/ ব্যাটারি ড্রেইন ইস্যুঃ ডিভাইস খুব দ্রুত হিট হচ্ছে কিংবা ব্যাটারি চার্জ ধরে রাখছে না এমন মনে হলে খেয়াল করুনঃ
— 4G/3G Network Switching এর কারণে ব্যাটারি ড্রেইন হতে পারে (রবি/এয়ারটেলে/গ্রামীণফোনে বেশি দেখা যায়)
— Amoled Display Panel এর ডিভাইস অন্যান্য ডিভাইস থেকে বেশি ব্যাটারি পাওয়ার খরচ করে এবং Glass Back Panel
এর ডিভাইসগুলো অন্যান্য ডিভাইস থেকে সাধারণত বেশি হিট ধরে রাখায় ওভারহিট হয়েছে বলে মনে হয়, এতে চিন্তার কিছু নেই।
o উপরোক্ত ইস্যুগুলো সাধারণ ইস্যু এবং এই ইস্যুগুলো ফল্টি ডিভাইস নির্দেশ করে না। উল্লেখিত সমস্যাগুলো দেখা দিলে চিন্তিত না হয়ে নিম্নের সাধারণ নিয়মাবলি অনুসরণ করলে এই ইস্যুগুলো ব্যবহারের সাথে সাথে ঠিক হয়ে যাবে।

— ডিভাইসের ব্রাইটনেস ও রিফ্রেশ রেট কমিয়ে রাখা
4. Smartphone/iPad/Tab/Laptop (Parts/ Hardware excluded) এর জন্য পাবেন ১(এক) বছরের ফ্রি সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি। হার্ডওয়্যার ইস্যু ও মাদারবোর্ডে সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে পার্টস- এর ব্যয় বহন করতে হবে। সার্ভিস চার্জ Appleians বহন করবে।
5. টিভির জন্য ১(এক) বছরের ফ্রি সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি (টিভি প্যানেল ব্যাতিত) দেয়া হবে
o যেসব কারণে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে নাঃ
— প্রোডাক্ট ও প্রোডাক্টের প্যাকেজিং-এ Physical Damage/Scratch | লিকুইড ড্যামেজ
— ক্যামেরা ড্যামেজ (Internal/External) | আনঅথোরাইজড সফটওয়্যার মোডিফিকেশন (Root/Brick/Jailbreak)
— সফটওয়্যার/ সিকিউরিটি আপডেটজনীত সমস্যা যেমন Over-Heating, Battery Draining, Battery Health Decreasing, Device Lagging ইত্যাদি।
Terms & Conditions for Accessories Warranty Claim
1. শুধুমাত্র NON-Warranty প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে ৩ দিনের ওয়ারেন্টি [ডিসপ্লে/টাচ ইস্যু, লিকুইড ড্যামেজ, ফিজিকাল ড্যামেজ (প্রোডাক্ট, প্রোডাক্টের বক্স) ব্যাতিত] প্রযোজ্য। নন-ওয়ারেন্টি প্রোডাক্টের মধ্যে রয়েছেঃ Smart Watch, AirPod, Bluetooth Speaker সহ অন্যান্য এক্সেসরিস প্রযোজ্য।
2. Apple/Samsung এর Watch, AirPods, Mouse/Pencil, Keyboard এর জন্য ১০ দিনের ওয়ারেন্টি [ডিসপ্লে/টাচ ইস্যু,লিকুইড ড্যামেজ, ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ (প্রোডাক্ট, প্রোডাক্টের বক্স) ব্যাতিত] প্রযোজ্য।
বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্যঃ নিম্নোক্ত শর্তসমূহ ডিভাইস এবং এক্সেসরিস উভয় ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য
1. বিক্রিত পণ্য অফেরতযোগ্য ।
2. আউটলেট থেকে কিংবা কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে নেয়া ওয়ারেন্টি প্রোডাক্টে যদি কোনো ধরনের ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ডিফেক্ট দেখা যায়, তবে Warranty Claim করার জন্য ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
3. কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য কিনলে অবশ্যই ডিভাইসের প্যাকেজ খোলার আনবক্সিং ভিডিও করে রাখতে হবে যেন কোনো ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে ভবিষ্যতে প্রমাণ হিসাবে উপস্থাপন করা যায়। কুরিয়ারের পণ্যে কোনো সমস্যা দেখা দিলে অবশ্যই অর্ডারটি রিসিভের দিনই জানাতে হবে, অন্যথায় ওয়ারেন্টি সুবিধা পাওয়া যাবে না।
4. আপনার ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের অথেনটিসিটি নিয়ে কোনো সন্দেহ হলে এবং যেভাবে ফাংশন করার কথা সেভাবে না করলে, আমরা সেটি দক্ষ প্রফেশনাল দিয়ে আপনার সামনেই আমাদের স্টকে থাকা নতুন আরেকটি ইউনিটের পাশে রেখে তুলনা করে আপনাকে দেখাবো। এই প্রক্রিয়াটিতে সর্বোচ্চ ৩ কর্মদিবস দরকার হবে এবং ধৈর্য্য ধরে অপেক্ষা করতে হবে। আমাদের ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসির আওতায় পড়লে আমরা অবশ্যই সেটির দ্রুত সমাধান করে দিবো। সমস্যা যদি চিহ্নিত করা না যায়, সেক্ষেত্রে কিছু করার থাকবে না।
5. একই পণ্য বিভিন্ন Region এবং বিভিন্ন Batch – এ প্রোডাকশনের ভিন্নতার কারণে আপনার পূর্বে ব্যবহৃত পণ্যটির সাথে নতুন পণ্যটির কিছুটা তারতম্য হতে পারে যেমন: ফিটিং / ডিসপ্লে রং / হেডফোনের সাউন্ড কোয়ালিটি / প্যাকেজিং ইত্যাদি।
6. Warranty Claim করতে চাইলে আপনাকে অবশ্যই স্ব-শরীরে প্রোডাক্টের বক্স ও ইনভয়েস/বিল সহ আউটলেটে হাজির হতে হবে।
7. তিন কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রসেসিং করা হবে। খেয়াল করুন, রিফান্ড দেয়ার মাধ্যম (ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার/ মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং) Appleians কর্তৃক ঠিক করা হবে।
8. যেকোনো সময় পূর্বের কোনো ঘোষণা ছাড়াই Appleians যেকোনো পলিসি পরিবর্তন/পরিমার্জন/পরিবর্ধনের ক্ষমতা রাখে।
